Mission

Guiding faith-led couples to holistically steward their health for natural conception.

Root-cause fertility coaching
Virtual & Western North Carolina

Your labs came back normal. You still don't feel normal.

I work with women who have been trying to conceive, been told everything looks normal, and still know something is not right. Together, we look beyond the standard fertility checklist to understand the bigger picture — physically, nutritionally, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

No cost, no pressure. Just a conversation about where you are.

If you're here

You've probably tried a lot.

Prenatal. CoQ10. DHEA. Castor oil packs. Supplements. Acupuncture. Maybe you've worked with a doctor, a naturopath, a functional practitioner, or all of the above.

And still, you're wondering: why isn't this happening?

Because while these things may be helpful, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fertility.

Your body isn't a checklist.

We're going to stop throwing things at the problem and start asking better questions.

We have to ask why your body may be struggling to conceive, and be willing to look at the whole picture: physically, nutritionally, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

That's what this program is for.

For the woman who is tired of trying everything and wants a truly individualized approach. Someone to look beyond another protocol or supplement and actually look at you.

And for the woman who wants to walk through this process rooted in faith, doing what she can to care for her body while learning to surrender what she cannot control.

Because "unexplained" doesn't necessarily have to be the end of the conversation.

Sometimes, it simply means there are more questions worth asking.

And that's where we begin.

Fertility optimization is not about perfection.

It's about creating an environment in which your body feels safe, nourished, supported, and resourced enough to prioritize reproduction. Small, consistent changes over time often create the most meaningful and sustainable results.

Methodology

The Rooted Fertility Method

A 12-week journey. This program is built on stewardship, not striving. Four phases, three weeks each, moving through six pillars of fertility stewardship together. Every week touches more than one pillar. Each week carries a single teaching focus.

I · Weeks 1–3

Root

Understand the foundation.

Nourish the body and establish the foundations of fertility.

II · Weeks 4–6

Restore

Reduce the burden.

Identify areas that may be working against your health and create greater balance.

III · Weeks 7–9

Repair

Support what needs attention.

Focus on the systems and patterns most relevant to your individual fertility picture.

IV · Weeks 10–12

Flourish

Prepare for what's next.

Build a strong foundation for conception, pregnancy, and generational health.

The Six Pillars of Fertility Stewardship

Physical Mental Emotional Spiritual Environmental Relational

Individualized by design

Most fertility programs begin with a protocol. RootWell begins with the individual.

Rather than starting with a standard list of supplements and lifestyle changes, we first look at your individual picture — what you've tried, what you're experiencing, what may need support, and what your body may be asking for. Then we use the tools within the method to make your care more specific, intentional, and responsive to you.

Quantum Reflex Analysis

QRA is a bio-individualized assessment that communicates directly with the body's own intelligence, rather than starting from generalized lab ranges or standard protocols. Using precise reflex points and neurological feedback, it asks the body exactly what it needs, how much, and when, and identifies which nutrients, supports, or interventions are appropriate for that person in that moment.

The body is treated as the authority here, not trends, not protocols, and not one-size-fits-all recommendations.

Dosage works the same way. Instead of defaulting to whatever's printed on a supplement bottle or tincture, QRA identifies the actual quantity your body needs. More isn't always better, and the right dose is individual, and it can shift over time.

Emotional Repolarization Technique

ERT addresses a piece of the fertility journey that often gets overlooked: the emotional weight of trying to conceive.

Months or years of trying can bring stress, disappointment, fear, and a constant feeling of having to "do everything right." ERT is designed to work with these emotional and stress patterns, creating space to process what you're carrying rather than simply adding another physical protocol.

You'll have three ERT sessions throughout the program, beginning after we've had a chance to understand your intake and initial QRA assessment. This allows the emotional work to be personalized to where you are, not treated as a separate, one-size-fits-all add-on.

In their words

Working with Margaret has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my family. We began working together in February after experiencing a miscarriage the previous year and navigating endometriosis. Before trying to conceive again, I wanted to make sure my body was in the best possible place, not just for pregnancy, but for my overall health and well-being. Margaret took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and create a personalized plan that felt manageable and empowering. Within about a month of following her protocol, we found out we were pregnant. It was completely unexpected and such an incredible blessing. That said, working with Margaret has already been one of the best decisions I have ever made, pregnant or not. This is, of course, the icing on the cake! I am so grateful for Margaret’s knowledge, guidance, and genuine care. If you’re looking for someone who will partner with you, support you, and help you optimize your health, I cannot recommend her enough.

Tatum C.

"I wanted to share some exciting news with you that I am pregnant and wanted to share my deep gratitude to you for being a piece of my journey. You have such a gift for supporting people through this journey and I have no doubt you will continue to do so."

Carrie V.

Individual experiences vary. Coaching supports your overall health and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a licensed medical provider.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology and am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and QRA Practitioner. During my time working as a Fertility Health Coach within a Functional Medicine practice, I gained invaluable insight into the power of a root-cause approach. When practiced well, Functional Medicine looks beyond symptoms to identify underlying imbalances and address the body as a whole.

But I also began to see the gaps. Many people were doing "all the right things," yet their symptoms persisted. Protocols could become complex, costly, and overwhelming, leaving clients managing layers of supplements and lifestyle changes without always knowing what their body actually needed.

This led me to pursue QRA, which offered a different way of looking at the body — one that is highly individualized and allows me to assess patterns of stress and imbalance on a more personal level. I combine this approach with functional nutrition, emotional support, and faith-centered coaching to create care that is both holistic and practical.

Today, I help women and couples better understand and steward their health as they prepare for conception. I believe we have an obligation to steward our bodies, minds, and spirits well — and that this journey is about learning to steward what we can while surrendering what we can't control.

My approach is rooted in physiology, guided by faith.

Questions people ask

What is Quantum Reflex Analysis, in plain terms?
QRA is a bio-individualized assessment. Using Applied Kinesiology, I use precise reflex points and neurological feedback to assess what your body may need, how much, and when, rather than starting from generalized lab ranges or a standard protocol.

It's a tool I use to better understand your individual needs and guide the next steps of your fertility journey.
What is ERT, and why is it part of the program?
Emotional Repolarization Technique is part of my QRA training, and it's the piece that gets at what a supplement plan alone can't reach. Months or years of trying to conceive puts a real weight on your nervous system, and that shows up in your body in ways a blood panel won't catch. We work through three ERT sessions together over the twelve weeks, once I already understand what we're dealing with from your intake and first QRA session.
Do you work with women outside North Carolina?
Yes, most of the women I work with are virtual. Coaching and QRA sessions both happen over video, wherever you are.
Is this instead of seeing a doctor?
No, and I'd be cautious of anyone who told you it was. I'm not a licensed medical provider, so this sits alongside your medical care, not instead of it. Many of the women I work with are seeing an OB or an RE at the same time.
Does my husband need to be involved?
He doesn't have to be, but I'd encourage it. Male factor shows up more than most couples expect. The couples rate means you're both going through the full twelve-week program together, and it works out to $750 less per person than booking two individual programs separately.
Why is this a faith-based fertility program?
Because I believe fertility is about more than the physical body.

Our bodies, minds, and spirits are deeply connected, and I believe we're called to steward each of them well. For me, faith provides the foundation for that stewardship, and a reminder that while we can be faithful with what's in our hands, we don't have control over the outcome.

This program isn't about promising a certain result or asking you to "just have faith." It's about learning to care for your body well, making intentional choices with what you can control, and surrendering what you can't.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You simply need to be open to exploring fertility through a lens that honors both the body's physiology and God's design.

You don't have to keep guessing on your own.
